How Do I Set Up a Zoom Call?

If you haven’t used Zoom before, it’s easy to set up and join calls even for folks who aren't comfortable with technology. Zoom works on Windows and Apple computers, as well as iPhones and Android phones. Here are the Zoom set up steps:

Set Up Zoom

    You’ll need a computer or a phone with a microphone and a camera.

    You'll get a link from us to the Zoom meeting in an email, a calendar invitation, and a text.

    Please, please, please test your mic & video camera before your call: zoom.us/test  

Join Zoom Call

  1. 1
    When your appointment time arrives, click on the link to join the Zoom call.
  2. 2
    Follow the Zoom prompts.
  3. 3
    Your device may ask you if it's okay to use your microphone and camera, click Allow.

    Enter your name.
  5. 5
    Click to Unmute your microphone and start your Video camera.

    Click the Join button.

    If you see a message "The meeting has not started," please wait; we usually start on time.
